The outdoor shower was a lovely touch, and I truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings. However, the limited number of villas can make it feel exclusive, but I can see how that might not suit everyone. Overall, it's a relaxing retreat ideal for those wanting a quieter Bali experience.

The food was delicious, but the overall service and room maintenance could use significant improvement. This resort is a true gem with beautiful grounds and spacious, comfortable rooms. The food is delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We especially loved lounging on the day beds by the pool. However, we did experience a few issues with outdoor pests that detracted slightly from our experience, and our terrace was quite muddy after the rain.

The staff, led by the new manager Wisna, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, contributing to our overall pleasant experience. However, my initial experience upon arrival was quite chaotic, as our rooms weren't properly prepared, leaving a bit of a sour note at the start of our trip.
